The Yard. "The Help."

So, First of all let me just say that it has taken me about three days to get these crazy pictures up on the blog. LAME! I have been trying to do the yard post since I did the house post. It only makes sense! For some reason these pictures would not upload. But once I got my mind on having these pics on the blog, there was no going back.

Sam is not really "the help" (of course) but he LOVES to mow the lawn. He volunteered because he is a "country boy" at heart he says. Living out here where the tractors drive on the street and where we live smack dab in the middle of corn fields, wheat fields, cow farms, etc. is his dream come true. The rooster that crows in the morning is music to his ears. Probably cause he can sleep right through it. (Just like before Londyn was sleeping through the night he would wake up in the morning and ask, "Did she even wake up last night? Had NO clue I was awake with her for an hour cause she was still adjusting to life outside the womb. Wouldn't it be nice?!)

Sam is amazing and I love that he loves to help. He feels like the landlords have too much on their plate (and they are getting too old) to be mowing the lawn. You would never guess that he is TOTALLY allergic to the grass. He comes in after at least two hours of mowing with red spots that look like hives ALL over his body! But, he still loves it! I love that guy.

Anyways, we live on a beautiful property. I would guess around 2 1/2 acres. Somewhere right around there at least. Tons of grass and places to play. Once Londyn is walking it will be a dream come true for her, which is one of the many reasons Sam picked this house.

The front corner of the house out by the road

The front of the house

still the front/side of the house

back-- playground and beer garden. a total dream.

I only got one side of the house, back and front. The other side is driveway, garages, large "storage sheds" that actually have fridges and freezers for beer, ice cream and food. That is the side where the front door is too!
